Cooking with grills

Yes I know it’s still winter, but since I still do most of my cooking out on my grill I thought I’d talk about cooking today. Well, the girls grill, not mine. I cook all the evening meals during the week. They both work at FedEx, and don’t get out until 9:00 PM at night. So it really helps them to have a meal all ready for them.
I must say because of that I have been eating better than I ever have before! When I was by myself my standard cooking method consisted of opening the box, punching holes in the plastic and shoving it in the microwave. But now I actually cook! Kelly loves a nice tossed salad, along with maybe some marinated chicken, curry chicken, hamburgers, tacos, stuff like that.
Then a side of stuffing, scalloped potatoes, baby carrots and so on. So I end up spending an hour cooking at night. But since I get to eat it too I don’t mind it, plus it’s paying my rent! Here in Florida The weather is just right for cooking on the grill. I cook just about everything that is meat on it. We have a standard gas grill she got from Lowe’s I think. It’s nice, but not as nice as these grills!

The grill at the very top is powered by a Hemi engine. That baby can cook your weenies in a hurry! I did not catch the price, but I’m sure it’s just a tad out of my “must have” list for now. Then the second one down is,,, well,,,, different. With built in big ass speakers and plenty of cooking surface this cool grill is sure to cause major burns all over the kids!!

Finally we have this beautiful stainless steel hunk. It’s got plenty of built in compartments, holders and so on. It looks like a ready to go commercial hot dog grill. Well, most of us will never get one of these. Most of us don’t NEED one of these. The little standard grill we have is just fine. Of course if I ever host the next party of girls gone wild I’ll run out and pick one of these up!
